Show Writer/Director

DESCRIPTION: Show writer needed to work in partnership with project teams and clients in creation of new theatrical shows and guest experiences.  In addition to high caliber writing skills, candidate must have a strong sense of storytelling, and the capacity to work well within a team structure.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Responsible for creating original story concepts and developing them through outline, treatment and final script.
•Brainstorms within producers and clients and works with concept artists and directors to help flesh out the story of a show or production.
•Work effectively under tight deadlines, while maintaining individual creative integrity; communicating effectively at all levels in all disciplines.
•Casts and directs performer talent and directs and edits media and vocal recording sessions.

Motion Graphics Designer | Animator

DESCRIPTION: The Motion Graphics Designer | Animator will work closely with our Producers and Creative Team to implement designs and animation for screen typically associated with a live performance.  This is a great opportunity for experienced animators to have ownership in the creative process.  We are looking for designers local to San Diego or Southern California.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

•Edit and design/create motion graphics for videos
•Color correct and sound mix videos
•Compress and upload videos for web delivery
•Work on multiple projects with overlapping deadlines
•Maintain broadcast quality on all video products

Production Designer | Art Director

DESCRIPTION: Production Designers are responsible for creating the ‘look’ of a project, visually interpreting the script, developing characters and environments that will both illustrate the narrative and enable Directors to realize their vision.  While establishing the stylistic theme, Production Designers also have to consider the technical resources available on the production and any budgetary and scheduling restrictions.
